I was really impressed by the craftsmanship on this knife, the wooden handles feel nice and heavy in your hand. It's not my go-to everyday knife but it is nice to have in the kitchen for the occasional special slice. Nice edition to the kitchen if you have a magnetic board for them. For $50 you cant beat this, its the perfect gift
